基本信息

黄文江，男，博士，中国科学院特聘研究员（二级研究员）、博士生导师，中国科学院空天信息研究院（中国科学院遥感与数字地球研究所），任国际“中英作物病虫害测报与防控联合实验室”主任和“中国科学院数字地球重点实验室”执行主任。入选国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才、国家中青年科技创新领军人才、中国科学院百人计划(终期评估优秀)、新世纪百千万人才工程、科技新星等人才计划，海南省委联系服务重点专家、海南省高层次人才、享受国务院特殊津贴。主要从事植被定量遥感机理与应用研究，先后主持30多项国家和部委级科研项目(包括科技部国家重点研发计划课题、国家863项目，中国科学院先导专项课题、国际合作重点项目，国家自然科学基金、公益性行业（农业）科技专项等)。发表SCI 收录论文200余篇，在SCIE web of science 数据库中“高光谱（Hyperspectral）&反演（Inversion）”和“遥感（Remote sensing）&作物病害（Crop disease）”领域发表论文数量国际排名第一。主编专著《作物理化参数遥感定量反演》、《作物病虫害遥感监测与预测》、《作物病害遥感监测机理与应用》等7部；授权国家发明专利31项，软件著作权10项。研究成果获国家科技进步二等奖、神农中华农业科技一等奖、测绘科技进步一等奖、中国科学院杰出科技成就奖等奖励10余项。率先提出农作物养分垂直分布遥感反演模型，实现了作物营养早期无损诊断；率先构建了作物病虫害遥感监测、预测、损失评估技术体系，国际上研发了唯一业务化运行的大尺度作物病虫害遥感监测和预测预报系统，第一完成人在国际上首次发布了全球作物病虫害遥感监测报告。
