王绍金

基本信息

王绍金，机械与电子工程学院二级教授，博士生导师，院长，美国华盛顿州立大学的兼职教授。2011年入选陕西省第二批“百人计划”。主要从事农产品加工与贮藏工程方向的科研工作，在微生物与害虫的热致死机理、农产品介电特性、农产品加工理论与技术、射频加热灭菌杀虫技术与产业化以及超低压果蔬采后贮运保鲜技术等方向有较深入的研究。担任《Transactions of the ASABE》等5个杂志国际编委和J. Food Eng.等近20个SCI期刊审稿人。曾担任美国农业部项目、中国、瑞士与挪威国家自然科学基金评审专家，国际学术会议多个分会场主席, 10多次国际会议上做射频加热方面的特邀报告。作为课题主持人已先后获得了4项美国农业部的研究项目。回国8年中，已先后主持了教育部博导类博士点基金、陕西省科技攻关(2项)、国家自然科学基金面上项目(2项)、农业部948项目与科技部十三五重点研发项目子课题（2项）。现已发表SCI论文201篇，共被引5717次，h指数为45。2篇论文进入ESI农业领域国际排名前1%之列，同时连续四年(2014-2017)被Elsevier评为农业与生物领域中国高引学者。
