蒋兴伟，男， 1959 年生，汉族，山东莒南人， 2008 年毕业于中国海洋大学物理海洋专业，博士，中国工程院院士，第十三届全国政协委员，教育部高等学校教学指导委员会海洋科学专委会副主任委员。现任国家卫星海洋应用中心主任，中国海洋学会常务副理事长，中国遥感应用协会副理事长，遥感技术与应用编委会副主任。
