基本信息

药物化学家 1945年8月28日生于重庆，籍贯江苏南京。1967年毕业于复旦大学。1982年和1985年先后在中国科学院上海药物研究所获硕士和博士学位。中国科学院上海药物研究所研究员、学术委员会主任，“973”项目首席科学家。曾任上海药物研究所所长。1999年当选为中国科学院院士。主要从事药物化学和创新药物研究，是我国该领域的学术带头人之一。进行药物构－效关系和生物活性小分子化合物结构预测的研究。与研究组同事一起提出和改进了多种计算机辅助药物设计的方法和技术，包括分子疏水作用力场和药物构象研究的方法、药效基团搜寻方法、利用计算机构建具有结构多样性的分子库和模拟筛选的方法等，并应用于多种药物与生物大分子相互作用的分子模拟和理论研究。开展了基于药物与受体三维结构的药物设计研究，其中一些受体三维结构模型和新药的分子设计得到了实验的验证。近年来和同事一起针对20余个重要的药理作用的靶标分子，进行计算机模拟筛选和初步的药理试验验证，发现有苗头的酪氨酸激酶抑制剂、高活性的PPARg激动剂，小分子b分泌酶抑制剂等先导化合物。曾获法国尼纳舒可伦奖等奖励。
