基本信息

电子物理学家。1933年12月25日生于安徽肥东。1955年毕业于南京工学院。1958年在成都电讯工程学院通过副博士学位论文答辩。电子科学技术大学教授、校长（1985－2001）。1980年当选为中国科学院院士（学部委员）。提出了一种新的复合式静电强流电子光学系统并进行严格的理论分析建立了广义的强流电子轨迹方程建立了以电子回旋中心坐标系为基础的电子回旋脉塞的动力学理论体系提出并建立了静电电子回旋脉塞的概念与线性及非线性理论，并在此基础上提出和发展了静电自由电子激光的新概念及其理论提出并建立了特殊准光学谐振系统，进行了理论分析与实验验证，发展了相对论空间电荷波理论和自由电子激光的空间电荷波理论。近年来又提出了电子注－波－等离子体三体互作用理论提出了离子通道混合不稳定性理论及离子通道电磁波泵自由电子激光及其理论，并发展了微波等离子体激发准分子激光的理论等一系列重要的研究工作，为等离子体微波电子学的发展奠定了坚实的理论基础。
