基本信息

方向，研究员。1984年毕业于长春地质学院（现吉林大学）地球物理专业，获学士学位。曾担任国家标准物质研究中心副主任、中国计量科学研究院副院长、中国标准化研究院副院长、国家标准委总工程师/副主任。享受政府特殊津贴待遇。长期从事计量技术、检测技术及仪器研究工作和标准化管理工作。先后主持承担多项国家科技攻关计划、科技支撑计划项目重点任务、科学仪器研制与开发重点项目和自然科学基金重点项目，在质谱技术和质谱仪研究和创新方面，拥有多项发明专利，曾获两项国家科技进步二等奖和多项省部级一等奖。
