秦培友，博士，中国农业科学院作物科学研究所副研究员，美国爱荷华州立大学博士后。杂粮作物资源品质性状评价与种质创新先后主持或参与国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划、国家重点研发计划项目等4项，近年来发表SCI论文10篇，其中第一作者5篇，申请国家发明专利2项。
