刘延琳

西北农林科技大学

基本信息

刘延琳，女，西北农林科技大学博士，教授，博士研究生导师，国家葡萄产业技术体系建设加工与贮运研究室主任、酿酒微生物岗位科学家。发表论文100余篇，其中高水平SCI科研论文20余篇。建立中国葡萄酒微生物资源库，保有资源逾万份。研发两个中国本土优良葡萄酒酵母菌种并进入工业化应用。科研获奖4项，获批专利一项。创建西北农林科技大学葡萄酒学院Tasting Panel葡萄酒专业品鉴平台。
