基本信息

尚书旗，二级教授，工学博士学位。全国黄大年式教师团队负责人，享受国务院政府特殊津贴，中国科协“首席科学传播专家”，新疆维吾尔自治区新疆农业大学天山学者、青岛市拔尖人才，山东省高层次人才库省级领军人才，荣获全国五一劳动奖章、全国优秀科技工作者、新中国成立60周年农机推广功勋人物、山东省教学名师、山东省先进工作者、山东省教书育人楷模等荣誉称号。现任青岛农业大学机电工程学院院长，硕士研究生导师。先后荣获山东省教学成果一等奖和二等奖。指导本科生参加“挑战杯”、“创青春”技能竞赛共获得全国特等奖1项、一等奖7项，山东省一等奖9项、二等奖15项。国际田间试验机械化协会（IAMFE）主席、中国分会主席；中国科协“首席科学传播专家”，中国农业工程学会常务理事、高级会员、田间育种试验机械化专业委员会主任委员；山东省政府农业专家顾问团农机分团成员；山东农业工程学会副理事长、设施农业工程专业委员会主任委员；山东农业机械学会常务理事；青岛市农机顾问团副团长；全国农业机械化与设施农业工程技术专家库专家；青岛市保护性耕作专家工作站首席专家；农业部南京农业机械化研究所客座研究员；《农业工程学报》，美国《IJABE》，《农机化研究》，《农业装备与车辆工程》及《青岛农业大学学报》（自然版）编委。
