基本信息

王立峰，博士，教授，硕士生导师，南京财经对外联络处处长。社会兼职：中国食品科学技术学会青年委员会副秘书长，中国粮油学会食品分会常务理事，中国营养学会会员，康奈尔大学（美国）食品科学系高级访问学者。先后入选“国家粮食行业青年拔尖人才”（国家粮食局），江苏省“333”工程中青年科学技术带头人（江苏省委组织部），江苏省“六大人才高峰计划”B 层次培养对象（江苏省人社厅），江苏省“双创博士”计划人选（江苏省科技厅），江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师（江苏省教育厅）。近年来，坚持致力于粮食资源高值化利用技术研究，着重于全谷物食品中功能成分的分离、功能活性及加工特性研究，薏仁米多酚类物质功能作用评估及机理研究，食品组分中蛋白（肽）作用研究。先后获江苏省高校技术发明二等奖（排名第1），中国粮油学会科学技术奖一等奖获得者（排名第2），南京市自然科学优秀论文二等奖（排名第1）
