微弧氧化、微弧离子镀、液流储能电池的研制；共晶石墨钢的制备及自润滑精密传动系统开发。从事专业关键词: 铝、镁合金微弧氧化、微弧离子镀、储能系统、光伏薄膜材料专家简介蒋百灵教授以“探究材料制备原理、创新材料制备技术、装备中国材料产业”为科研理念，近年来主持国家自然科学基金、国家攻关、“863”技术及国际合作重点项目二十余项，企业委托开发项目四十余项，在国内外学术刊物上发表论文200余篇，出版专著2本，获授权发明专利8项。在微弧氧化设备研究及工艺开发领域，提出了调控有效脉宽以确保系统峰值电流输出、辅之表面阻抗诱导以减少无功消耗的设备研制的指导思想，并以此为据开发出单次微弧氧化处理面积大于6m2、综合处理成本低于电镀硬铬和硬阳极氧化等常规处理工艺的微弧氧化处理设备，目前已有四十余台微弧氧化处理设备被一汽、东风、富士康集团等企业采用。其工艺技术被海军装备部列入艇上铝制设备微弧氧化处理验收大纲，且被美国通用公司通过科技部国际合作计划列入该公司汽车用镁合金表面处理主流技术。“铝、镁合金微弧氧化系列设备及工艺技术的研究开发”成果获2005年度国家科技进步二等奖。针对磁控溅射“所得镀层厚度随靶基距的增大而快速减小（1um/100mm），使尺寸大于真空腔直径1/4的制品无法获得均匀镀层”的问题，提出了过压脉冲增强溅射的研究思想，开发出既可使等离子峰值电流小于弧光放电电流临界值、又能最大限度保持等离子体峰值电流的脉冲延迟时间的磁控溅射用过压脉冲等离子体电源，进而研制出延时时间内工作靶电压高于“正常辉光放电平台电压”数百伏、等离子体峰值电流大于普通磁控溅射等离子电流数十倍的“过压脉冲增强磁控溅射离子镀设备”，使镀层厚度随靶基距增大的平均递减速率由闭合场非平衡磁控溅射的1um/100mm减缓到0.04um/100mm，镀层的均匀性得到明显改善，满足了真空腔内任意几何位置镀层厚度基本均匀的产业化要求。
