基本信息

1982年，北京钢铁学院毕业后留校任教；1993年，德国斯图加特大学，访问学者；1999年，德国亚琛工业大学，访问学者；2004年至今，担任高效轧制国家工程研究中心主任；2005年至今，担任北京科技大学冶金工程研究院院长；现任中国金属轧钢分会理事、副秘书长；中国金属学会轧钢分会深加工学术委员会主任委员。主要致力于先进高性能金属材料的开发和研究，带领材料研发团队先后承担了国家863、973、国家"十一五"科技支撑、"十二五"科技支撑、国家自然科学基金和北京市重大科技项目等研究工作，先后开发了国内急需的超深冲钢、高强韧管线钢（用于西气东输），超低温容器钢（用于液化天然气-196℃存储运输）、高强汽车板（用于汽车轻量化，以节约能源），在下一代金属材料研发方面正在进行低活化马氏体钢（用于未来核聚变工程）和下一代汽车用钢（TWIP钢等），镁合金轧制生产技术（用于汽车轻量化生产技术已获成功），并在昌平建成国内第一条镁合金轧制生产线。近年，随着北京市将汽车工业作为支柱产业，为实现汽车用钢本地化，工程中心与首钢建立了汽车用钢联合研发平台，采用了"同一个队伍、同一个目标、同一个机制、同一个任务"的运行方式，该平台在6年时间里，使首钢汽车用钢生产从零达到了全国产量第4，产品种类实现了轿车用钢的全覆盖，形成了首都汽车用钢和汽车生产产业链连接，该项目获北京科技进步二等奖，在国内产学研合作中具有示范意义。在国内外发表论文一百余篇，2011年荣获科技部颁发的“十一五国家科技计划执行突出贡献奖”，2012年荣获中国钢铁工业协会颁发的“中国钢铁工业优秀科技管理工作者”。
