基本信息

主要围绕“卤化物半导体材料”开展系统研究： 1）发现质子交换效应诱导铅基卤化物半导体结晶机理，提出低缺陷密度半导体薄膜制备方法； 2）揭示铅基卤化物半导体空穴提取型异质结失效机制，建立离子强键合方法并提高空穴输运稳定性； 3）提出该类半导体电子提取型异质结离子-电子输运协同调控方法，构建兼具低离子扩散系数和高电导率的异质结； 4）所研制器件被美国国家实验室等机构授予国际公证最高效率纪录； 5）申请人先后主持 4 项国家项目课题；在国内外学术会议上做邀请报告 15 次； 6）担任科技部重点研发计划指南撰写专家、《中国科学：物理学力学天文学》青年编委； 7）研究成果被国家自然科学基金委员会等机构给与专题报道； 8）在Nature、Science等期刊发表论文81篇； 9）被连续授予2019年和2020年全球“高被引学者”。
