上海市“浦江人才”计划获得者，中国高被引学者，全球高被长。引用科学家，国际SCI期刊光化副主编，环境科学与污染研究等编委。国家环境基准专家委员会委员，中国土壤学会土壤修复专业委员会委员，中国土壤学会土壤环境专业委员会委员，中国生态学会污染生态专业委员会，国家环境保护城市土壤污染控制与修复技术工程中心技术委员会委员，城市土壤修复技术研究中心技术委员会，省级土壤污染生物修复重点实验室学术委员会委员会。主讲“土壤污染控制与修复工程”，“环境学导论”，“环境化学原理”，“高等环境化学”课程长期致力于土壤。-地下水污染修复技术，土壤环境多界面过程，绿色友好型环境修复材料等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金重点基金/面上基金，国家重点研发计划/重大专项课题，科技部国际合作项目，国家环保行业科研专项课题，上海市科委重大课题以及企业委托等20.创新在创新的土壤-河流界面转化及生物地球化学研究方面取得了一系列成果，发表SCI论文1300多条，建立建立了土壤循环化学稳定化、污染文章引用率指数h=56 ，-地下水一体化，重金属物理分级分离，植物固定与提取等修复技术，并成功应用于射击场，电子垃圾回收场地，化工厂，电镀厂等典型污染场地土壤及地下水修复工程10 。多项多项成果被新闻媒体如化工与工程新闻、文报道等报道。授权发明专利8件。
