基本信息

教授级高级工程师，政府特殊津贴获得者，中国电力科学研究院首席专家。1983年至今在中国电力科学研究院工作，从事高电压技术和输变电设备外绝缘研究。先后参加了葛上、向上等国网公司各种电压等级直流输电工程的外绝缘关键技术研究，还参与了绝缘子用于直流输电工程可靠性研究及直流合成绝缘子的开发，高压直流试验室的技术改造，直流换流站与输电线路运行状况与电网大面积污闪事故以及合成绝缘子应用与事故的调查。作为项目负责人承担了多项国网公司超特高压交直流输电污秽外绝缘和间隙外绝缘领域关键科研项目，多年来获得国家科技进步奖4项、省部级科技进步奖10余项，授权专利21项，在国际及全国学术会议和电工学科核心期刊上发表论文百余篇。
