基本信息

陆匠心1982年8月毕业于马鞍山钢铁学院轧钢专业；1986年9月至1989年在北京科技大学攻读压力加工专业研究生，获硕士学位；2005年3月获东北大学工学博士学位。陆匠心1982年9月进入宝钢工作，长期从事钢铁产品技术研究，尤其在冷轧薄板生产技术和汽车钢板性能及应用技术研究领域开展了大量研究工作。作为主要研究人员，成功开发了我国第一炉超低碳冷轧IF钢，填补了国内空白；带领团队研究开发全系列冷轧汽车用钢产品，在先进高强度钢上取得突出成效，使我国汽车板产品和档次跻身并保持与国际先进水平同步。由他领衔或主要参与的十多个项目曾获上海市、中国机械行业、中国钢铁行业和国家级的多个科技进步奖项。其中“宝钢高等级汽车板品种、生产及使用技术的研究”、“汽车板精益成形技术研究及应用”分别获得国家冶金科学技术奖特等奖、国家科技进步二等奖。陆匠心先生自1994年6月起担任宝钢研发部门的领导职务，先后任宝钢钢研所副所长、所长；宝钢研究院（技术中心）院长助理、副院长、常务副院长，2007年5月起担任宝钢研究院（技术中心）党委书记，兼副院长（副主任）。同时兼任宝钢金属学会常务理事、上海市金属学会理事、中国金属学会材料分会副理事长、低合金钢分会理事，中国汽车工程学会理事、汽车材料分会副主任委员等，还担任国际钢协（Worldsteel）未来汽车用钢（FSV）项目技术委员会成员、中国汽车轻量化战略联盟专务和专家组成员，并担任汽车用钢开发与应用技术国家重点实验室主任等。
