苗启广，西安电子科技大学计算机科学与技术学院教授、博士生导师。主要从事计算机视觉、机器学习、高性能计算、大数据分析方面的研究。主持在研和完成HGJ国家重大科技专项课题、国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金、省自然科学基金、*科研项目*、国防863、WQZB基金、教育部高校基本科研业务费重点项目项目30余项，在国内外重要学术期刊、国际会议上发表SCI/EI收录论文100余篇，担任国家奖评审专家、国家重点研发计划、国防基础科研评审专家等，获省部级奖2项。
