基本信息

现任天津大学材料科学与工程学院教授，博士生导师，兼任全国磨料磨具标准化技术委员会委员及超硬材料分委会副主任委员、曾任中国复合材料学会理事、中国材料研究学会超硬材料及制品专业委员会委员，天津硅酸盐学会理事、中国超硬材料协会技术专家、全国磨料磨具专家委员会委员、《金刚石与磨料磨具工程》、《耐火材料》、《超硬材料工程》、《轴承》等期刊编委等职。主要从事先进陶瓷材料、超硬材料、磨料磨具、难加工材料高效磨削等方面的教学与科研工作。主持完成省、部、市级科研项目十多项（其中省级重大科技攻关计划项目和重点科技攻关计划项目3项），参加完成国家863项目和国家攻关项目2项，国家重大科技专项1项。获得国家发明专利11项，发表论文60余篇，其中多数被SCI、EI检索。主编参编《陶瓷磨具制造》、《工程陶瓷材料的加工技术及其应用》等六部教材。所完成的项目成果水平分别达到国际先进水平和国内领先水平，多数研究成果已获得实际应用，产生了显著的社会经济效益。已获得省级科技进步一等奖1项，二等奖1项，厅局级科技进步二等奖3项。其所研制的陶瓷结合剂CBN和金刚石磨具制备技术及产品已分别在汽车及航空发动机部件、传动轴、冰箱空调压缩机部件、轴承、数控刀具、模具、机床导轨等许多加工领域获得了很好的应用，产生了巨大的济社会经效益。在先进陶瓷材料、超硬材料、磨料磨具等制备技术和难加工材料高效磨削技术等方面有特长。
