韩文炎，男，1963年出生于浙江嵊州，1984年毕业于浙江杭州农业学校茶叶专业，同年分配到本所工作至今。期间获得浙江大学园林学学士、农业推广硕士和土壤学博士学位，作为（高级）访问学者在斯里兰卡佩莱戴尼亚大学农业研究生院、英国洛桑试验站、以色列农业研究院和瑞典Grolink等单位工作和学习。现为中国农业科学院“茶树生态栽培创新团队”首席科学家，联合国粮农组织（FAO）政府间茶叶小组专家组成员，“有机茶”和“气候变化”工作组副主席，中国国际茶文化研究会理事。　　主要从事茶树栽培研究和技术推广工作，主持国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、FAO国际合作和省部级重点项目20多项。获得省部级奖励12项次，其中7项次为第1完成人。获国家发明专利8项；编写科技著作16部，其中主编7部；编制农业行业标准5项，其中主编2项；发表科技论文200多篇，其中SCI 论文30多篇。获浙江省有突出贡献中青年专家、浙江省151人才工程重点资助、中国农业科学院杰出人才称号，多次获得中国茶叶学会、浙江省土壤肥料学会“先进工作者”等荣誉。
