基本信息

万涛，教授，硕士生导师，教育部新世纪优秀人才计划入选者，国家十二五“863” 主题项目“细胞治疗关键技术及产品研发”（4508万）首席专家，中国抗癌协会肿瘤生物治疗专业委员会副主任委员，国家卫生部“卫生部国家食药监局干细胞临床研究和应用规范整顿工作”专家委员会委员，国家食品药品监督管理局新药审评专家。主要研究方向为肿瘤的免疫治疗及其应用研究。是十一五“863”重点项目“重大疾病的细胞和免疫治疗”项目牵头人，作为负责人曾经承担了国家“十五”重大科技专项，国家“863”项目，国家自然科学基金面上项目，上海市科委重点科研项目。是国家“973”免疫学项目，上海市科委重大科技项目以及多项国家自然科学基金项目的主要参加人。获得上海市科学技术奖一等奖（2008年，第4完成人），中华医学奖（2006年，第4完成人），国家自然科学二等奖1项（2003年，第4完成人），上海市科技进步一等奖1项（2001年，第4完成人）、军队科技进步三等奖3项（1995、1996、2001年，第1完成人）。在Blood、Cancer Res等SCI收录的国外专业杂志发表38篇论文，申请国家发明专利13项，在GenBank登录新基因82条。首次克隆和鉴定了具有重要免疫学功能的新分子人热休克蛋白70样分子HSP70L1，并证实了该分子的佐剂样效应，为探索具有自主知识产权的免疫佐剂以及在抗肿瘤抗感染免疫治疗药物研发提供了一条新途径。在肿瘤免疫治疗领域，与曹雪涛教授共同负责了我国第一个大肠癌树突状细胞治疗性疫苗的研发和临床研究，完成“抗原致敏的人树突状细胞”I期和II期临床研究，获得了SFDA的III期临床研究批文。
