王照奎，苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院教授，博士生导师，仲英青年学者。于2011年获日本富山大学博士学位；2012-2013年，获日本学术振兴会（JSPS）资助，任富山大学外国人特别研究员。2018年在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校（UCLA）杨阳教授课题组访问交流。主要从事半导体光电材料与器件包括钙钛矿太阳能电池、钙钛矿发光二极管和有机发光二极管的研究，集中于器件制备、结构优化以及物理机制方面的研究。以第一/通讯作者100余篇，其中IF>10论文50余篇，包含Science (1篇)、eScience (1篇)、Joule（1篇）、J. Am. Chem. Soc.（3篇）、Adv. Mater.（9篇）、Adv. Energy Mater.（8篇）、Adv. Funct. Mater.（7篇）、Nano Lett.（2篇）、ACS Nano（2篇）、Appl. Phys. Lett.（18篇）等，论文被引用6500余次，H-Index为45。已获授权专利21项。
