       落实中央党的群团工作会议精神,坚持市科协党组对市科协对外交往工作的统一领导,积极谋划推动市科协系统民间对外交往,发挥好市科协外事工作对学术、科普、创新、人才等工作的支撑与助力作用,服务市科协各项事业发展。2021年拟采用线上线下相结合的“云交往”模式,开展国际科技组织合作“云上平台”交流系列活动,进一步加强民间对外科技交往,服务首都国际科技创新中心和国际交往中心建设。本次会议围绕大脑与人工智力领域全球最新科研进展以及交叉演变新形势进行深入交流,促进中俄专家之间的互动交流和思想碰撞。

1、AI4AD: Artificial Intelligence to empower discovery biomarkers for Alzheimer’s Disease based on Multi-sites MRI

Prof. Dr. Yong Liu is a professor in the School of Artificial Intelligence, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT). He received his PhD degree from the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2008 (Supervisor: Prof. Tianzi Jiang) and obtained his MSc degree from Beijing University of Technology (Supervisor: Prof. Youming Liu) in 2005. From June 2008 to January 2021, he worked at the National Laboratory of Pattern Recognition, Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences as an assistant/associate/full professor. He is a visiting scholar from April 2011 to March 2012 in Brain Mapping Unit in the University of Cambridge, where he worked with Professor Ed Bullmore.

To date, he has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed journal articles (including Advanced Science, Brain, Science Bulleting, Cerebral Cortex, Neuroimage, Human Brain Mapping) and has an h-index of 39. His main interests are Intelligent Brain Imaging and its application in cognitive disorders.

In recent years, his work focuses on studying generalizable, reproducible, and neuroscientific interpretable imaging biomarkers for Alzheimer's Disease based on multi-center and multi-modal imaging.

2、Brain Inspired Hardware Primitives for Efficient Computing Applications

Prof. Yuchao Yang serves as Executive Director of Center for Brain Inspired Intelligence at Chinese Institute for Brain Research. and Director of Center for Brain Inspired Chips at Peking University . His research interests include memristors, neuromorphic computing, and in-memory computing. He has published over 100 papers in high-profile journals and conferences such as Nature Electronics, Nature Communications, Nature Nanotechnology, Science Advances, Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, IEDM, etc. as well as 5 book chapters. His papers have been cited >5000 times, with an H-index of 32. He was invited to give >30 keynote/invited talks on international conferences and serves as TPC chair or member for 9 international conferences. Yuchao Yang serves as the Associate Editor for Nano Select and editorial board member of Chip, Scientific Reports and Science China Information Sciences. He was invited to guest edit 3 special issues and write 12 News & Views, review articles, etc. He is a member of IEEE, MRS and RSC. He is a recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Science Fund, Qiu Shi Outstanding Young Scholar Award, Wiley Young Researcher Award (only winner in China), MIT Technology Review Innovators Under 35 in China, and the EXPLORER PRIZE.

3、The missing links between neural and artificial intelligence

Prof. Konstantin Anokhin,Institute for Advanced Brain Studies, MSU, Director; full member of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Konstantin Anokhin is the Director of the Institute for Advanced Brain Studies at the Lomonosov Moscow State University, and the head of the Laboratory for Neurobiology of Memory at the P.K. Anokhin Research Institute of Normal Physiology in Moscow. He has been a visiting fellow at the Rudolf Magnus Institute of Neuroscience in Utrecht, a visiting professor and the visiting fellow of the Wolfson College at the University of Cambridge, a visiting professor at the Max Planck Institute of Biophysical Chemistry in Göttingen. Konstantin Anokhin has contributed to over 200 research papers in peer reviewed journals and made substantial contribution to studies of molecular and cellular mechanisms of memory, identification of genes involved in memory consolidation, characterization of memory reconsolidation mechanisms and development of new techniques for macroscale cellular imaging of cognitive neural networks. His latest work is on a theory of higher brain functions – the neural hypernetwork theory. He is a member of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

4、Modern challenges in AI technologies

Prof. Ivan Oseledets, Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology, Full Professor, Director of Laboratory of Computational Intelligence. Institute of Numerical Mathematics of Russian Academy of Sciences, Leading Researcher.

Ivan Oseledets,  graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 2006, defended Candidate of Science Degree in 2006 and Doctor of Sciences in 2012, both from the Marchuk Institute of Numerical Mathematics of Russian Academy of Sciences. From 2013 he works at Skoltech, from 2019 - Full Professor, Director of Laboratory of Computational Intelligence. 

His research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, tensor decompositions, numerical linear algebra, and mathematical modeling. 

He is the author of more than 120 papers in leading journals and computer science conferences ranked A/A*. He is an Associate Editor of the Journal "Advances in Computational Mathematics" (Springer), SIAM Journal of Mathematics in Data Science, SIAM Journal on Scientific Computing, and also EMS Magazine. Furthermore, he has been Area Chair of ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML conferences. His research has been awarded the Russian President award for Young Scientists in Science and Innovation (2018), SIAM Outstanding prize (2019), Ilya Segalovich award (2019), and Humboldt award (2020).
